1. Who we are
Larkqueue is a private, self-hosted tool used by its operator to plan, schedule and publish content on social media accounts that the operator owns and manages. It is not offered to the public and has no third-party users. Contact: contact@larkqueue.com.
2. Scope
This policy covers the data Larkqueue handles when we connect our own accounts on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn. Larkqueue does not collect personal data from visitors of this website and does not offer accounts to anyone else.
3. Data we process
- Account authorization data: the access and refresh tokens, account identifier, display name and profile picture returned by a platform when we authorize Larkqueue on one of our own accounts.
- Content we publish: the videos, images, captions, titles, tags and schedules we create in Larkqueue.
- Post status and basic statistics for our own posts (for example: published, failed, views), when the platform provides them.
- Technical logs (IP address, timestamps, errors), kept for a short time for security and troubleshooting.
4. How we use it
We use this data only to publish and schedule our own content on our own accounts, and to check that our posts were published correctly. We do not use it for advertising or profiling, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone other than the platform on which the content is published.
5. Platform-specific information
YouTube (Google)
Larkqueue uses YouTube API Services to upload videos and manage them on our own channels. By usingLarkqueue with YouTube, the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy apply. Access can be revoked at any time from the Google security settings.
Larkqueue's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Instagram and Facebook (Meta)
Data received from Meta is used only to publish content on our own Instagram and Facebook accounts, in line with the Meta Platform Terms. Deletion instructions are on our Data Deletion page.
TikTok
Data received from TikTok is used only to publish videos on our own TikTok accounts, in line with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service.
Data received from LinkedIn is used only to publish content on our own LinkedIn profile or pages, in line with the LinkedIn API Terms of Use.
6. Storage and security
Data is stored on a private server located in France (European Union). Access to the tool is restricted to its operator and all connections use HTTPS. Authorization tokens are never shared or exported.
7. Retention
- Authorization data is kept while an account is connected and deleted when the account is disconnected.
- Published content is kept as long as needed to manage our posts, then deleted.
- Backups are rotated and kept for 7 days. Technical logs are kept for a short period.
8. Deletion and your rights
You can ask us any question about this policy, or request deletion of data related to you, at contact@larkqueue.com. We answer within 30 days. See also our Data Deletion page. If you are in the European Union, you can also contact your data protection authority.
9. Children
Larkqueue is not directed to children and does not knowingly process children's data.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
